Our Mission

Life is challenging for everyone. 

Although we are therapists and doctors, we don't believe the vast majority of people going through a difficult time have a "mental illness" or need to go to therapy to find solutions. 

We don't diagnose problems; we focus on solutions. 

We do this by sharing simple evidence-based tools and strategies and connecting you with people who have similar challenges. 

We don't judge. 

We've all been there. You don't want people knowing your business. You can be anonymous here and maintain your privacy. 

We don't cost an arm and a leg

We know what it is like to not be able to afford a co-pay or deductible. Money should never be a barrier to wellness and emotional health. Coping Cabana is either free, covered by your insurance or less than a beer at a baseball game.

  • Spend 15 minutes on the week lesson

  • Listen in on the weekly video/call with your Cabana (group)
